In 2003, Sonic Force
was started by Gary S. and Joe S. at sonicforce.net. The
above emblem put our stamp on the web as a rising new website! Sonic Force was a musical partnership that quickly created it's only song, " Rock The Planet ". A
web package was quickly assembled to promote the two man band and the website.
This promotional pic of
G.S. for inner CD sleeve was created in 2003.
This picture of J.
S. was also created for the inner CD sleeve in 2003. When
creating this picture, I put in a hidden artifact ! Under
the planet in the black void, you can find the year 2003 when magnified.
C D cover art concept for
Rock The Planet 2003 also contains hidden gems. A
cross is at the top of the earths axis, while the year 2003 is found at the bottom axis. A close up on the moon reveals the band members names Gary and Joe.
The character of Voltar
had already been created by G.S. before the duo formed and was later decided to be an evil space tyrant to challenge Sonic Force.
Soon after forming
the band, the website began and with it the Sonic Force comics were started for some visual fun. The title logo shown here appeared with the first issue, Encounter With Voltar ! The production of the comics began with conversations between Joe
and I on the telephone. We would decide what
our own characters would say in the script and then I would illustrate and edit the artwork. From there Joe would upload the content to the newly formed site and history was in the making.

In November of 2003, I
created this birthday card for Joe. It was from
all of the characters of the comic up to that point in time.
For a gag, I made
this picture of Voltar using a picture of Joe and making him appear to be bald ! It was all in good fun, but the fun was not to last much longer ! Captain Sonic (Joe S.), was on hiatus from his former band and during the break
joined me in Sonic Force. After about issue
3 of the comic, Joe's old band regrouped, leaving Joe little time to webmaster and participate in Sonic Force. He continued on until issue 4 of the comic and then Sonic Force went
quiet for a short time.
As the sun was setting
on our short lived partnership, I had come to believe that Sonic Force was finished ! After some sulking and soul searching, I found a way to continue on.
Introducing Sonic Force at
Earthlink.net !!! Fortunately, I found some easy
to use software and a new home at Earthlink.net !!! By
no means did I consider myself a webmaster, so I chose the term web Commander instead.

Danger, high voltage !!! In 2005 I wrote the song "Power Grid" where a young rocker
gets a real charge from his music after plugging
into a new power source !!!
Once again blasting out
the basslines on the Carvin 2005!!! Shortly afterwards
I sold this cool bass guitar.

and played the music for the song "Outside In", while
I wrote the lyrics and sang the demo version! The
song was later recorded by Zoo on their first studio CD ! 2007
In 2007 I went back
to the red guitar with a fiery planet below !!! The
cross on the homepage designs symbolize putting Christ first !!!
As of January 2007, Sonic
Force lists as 3rd on the Google search engine out of 2,710,000 sites containing the words sonic and force. !!!!
